JourneyTrack Corporation Achieves National Certification as a Minority Business
Enterprise from Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council

Miami, FL. - November 15, 2023

JourneyTrack, a leading provider in robust customer
experience management SaaS solutions, proudly announces that it has been nationally certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC), which is one of 23 regional councils affiliated with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). This revered recognition reflects JourneyTrack’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and underscores the company’s dedication to servicing a broad range of customers and partners in the state of Florida, throughout the U.S., and internationally..

Ania Rodriguez, Founder & CEO of JourneyTrack, expressed her enthusiasm about the MBE certification, stating, “We are thrilled to receive this certification from the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council. It aligns perfectly with our company values and commitment to diversity. We look forward to leveraging this certification to enhance our business growth, create new opportunities, and continue delivering cutting-edge customer journey management SaaS solutions to our clients.”

The FSMSDC certification process is rigorous and comprehensive, requiring businesses to meet specific criteria that demonstrate their status as a Minority Business Enterprise. These criteria include 51% of the business being owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals from a minority group, as well as leadership and management being members of minority groups. Additionally, the business must be run by a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, and it must operate independently of non-minority-owned businesses.

Receiving MBE certification provides numerous benefits to JourneyTrack and its clients, including increased business opportunities as JourneyTrack can now participate in programs specifically designed to support minority-owned businesses that make it more accessible to government contracts, corporate partnerships, and supplier diversity initiatives. Additionally, the MBE certification enhances JourneyTrack’s visibility and credibility in the marketplace, reassuring clients and partners of its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The JourneyTrack team believes that the MBE certification is not just a milestone but a testament to the company’s dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in the business community.
