How does the 30-day Free Trial work?

Experience JourneyTrack with a complimentary 30-day trial, risk-free and obligation-free. Explore our Basic plan for a full month, and if you choose to continue after that, your credit card will be charged $99/month.

What happens after the 30-day free trial ends?

Once the complimentary 30-day trial ends, a fee of $99 per month will apply, charged to the credit card you used to subscribe. Alternatively, you have the option to select a premium subscription plan tailored to your needs.

Which means of payment do you accept?

Paid subscriptions require a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or a Paypal account. We only accept online payments. All payments are non-refundable.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Currently, premium subscriptions are invoiced annually with the discounted rate displayed on the site. Monthly payments are exclusively available for the Basic plan at $99 per month.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs?

Yes, we offer discounts starting from 5% up to 20% depending upon your certification status. To know more, you can get in touch with our customer care executive.
