JourneyTrack Introduces MCP to Connect Journey Intelligence to Enterprise AI

Oct 7, 2026

Miami FL

JourneyTrack, the leading customer journey management platform and pioneer in decision intelligence for customer journeys, today announced JourneyTrack MCP, extending governed journey intelligence into the enterprise AI tools employees already use.

Built on the Model Context Protocol, JourneyTrack MCP enables supported AI platforms to securely access and interact with JourneyTrack intelligence, including journeys, personas, insights, recommendations, actions, metrics, workspaces, Journey Atlas, JourneyTrack’s proprietary AI agents and tools, and more.

“Enterprise teams are increasingly turning to AI as the first place they go for answers,” said Ania Rodriguez, Founder and CEO of JourneyTrack. “JourneyTrack MCP meets them there. Instead of requiring users to switch systems or manually search for journey context, we can make governed journey intelligence available directly within the AI environments they already use.”

JourneyTrack MCP is designed to help organizations reduce friction between customer journey work and the broader enterprise AI ecosystem. With appropriate permissions and governance in place, teams can use their preferred AI tools to access relevant JourneyTrack context, ask questions, surface evidence, and support better-informed journey decisions.

The capability expands JourneyTrack’s role as an intelligence layer for customer journeys. Rather than limiting journey information to static maps or isolated dashboards, JourneyTrack connects customer context, evidence, business metrics, ownership, recommendations, actions, and outcomes in one governed environment.

Potential use cases include:

  • Giving enterprise AI assistants access to JourneyTrack’s governed journey context
  • Helping employees answer customer journey questions without switching tools
  • Surfacing insights, recommendations, actions, metrics, and ownership information through enterprise AI
  • Extending access to Journey Atlas and JourneyTrack’s proprietary agents and tools
  • Supporting faster, more consistent decisions across teams using a shared source of journey intelligence

JourneyTrack MCP will be available as part of the JourneyTrack Intelligence plan. The company is also opening a customer beta for organizations interested in early access. Existing customers can contact their JourneyTrack Customer Success Manager to learn more about participating.

“AI becomes significantly more useful when it has access to the right business context,” Rodriguez added. “For customer experience teams, that context lives across journeys, personas, evidence, metrics, recommendations, and actions. MCP gives organizations a practical way to bring that intelligence into the AI tools their employees are already adopting.”

JourneyTrack MCP builds on the company’s growing set of AI-powered capabilities, including Journi, its conversational journey intelligence co-pilot, and Scout, its family of agents for journey governance and decisioning.
