The SOC 2 Type II examination was performed by BARR Advisory, P.A., an independent CPA firm specializing in cloud security and compliance. The report affirms that JourneyTrack maintained effective controls throughout the audit period, providing customers and partners with third-party assurance over the design and operating effectiveness of critical security controls.
JourneyTrack also renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification following an independent audit by BARR Certifications, an ANAB-accredited certification body. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is the internationally recognized standard for establishing, operating, monitoring, and continually improving an ISMS—demonstrating that JourneyTrack manages information security risks through formalized, repeatable processes.
