JourneyTrack, the Decision Intelligence platform for customer journeys, today announced the successful completion of its latest SOC 2 Type II examination and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 surveillance audit, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to rigorous information security, risk management and governance.
The independent assessments come as JourneyTrack’s footprint among large, complex organizations continues to grow. Eighty-eight percent of JourneyTrack customers are enterprise organizations, and nearly half of its customer accounts are companies represented on the Forbes Global 2000. Customers include The Home Depot, Google, GSK, Cencora, Paychex, LexisNexis, Tawuniya, and Blue Shield of California, among other leading organizations across financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, technology, manufacturing, and insurance.
That enterprise momentum has also been recognized by industry analysts. JourneyTrack was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Journey Management Platforms, Q4 2025, earning the highest score possible across all six criteria in the Strategy category and the highest score possible in 18 of 20 Current Offering criteria. “Large enterprises trust JourneyTrack with much more than journey maps. They’re bringing together customer evidence, operational data, AI-powered intelligence and cross-functional decisions that can influence significant business investments,” said Ania Rodriguez, Founder and CEO of JourneyTrack. “That level of responsibility demands an equally serious approach to security, governance and risk management. These independent validations demonstrate that the foundation behind JourneyTrack is designed for the expectations and complexity of the enterprise.”
Independent Validation of Security, Confidentiality and Availability
JourneyTrack’s SOC 2 Type II examination was performed by BARR Advisory, P.A., an independent CPA firm specializing in cloud security and compliance. The examination covered the period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 and evaluated JourneyTrack’s controls against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria relevant to security, confidentiality and availability.
BARR concluded that, in all material respects, JourneyTrack’s controls were suitably designed and operated effectively throughout the examination period to provide reasonable assurance that its service commitments and system requirements were achieved.
The assessment examined controls supporting areas such as access management, vulnerability management, encryption, business continuity and disaster recovery, change management, and other security and operational practices.
JourneyTrack also successfully completed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 surveillance audit, conducted by BARR Certifications, an ANAB-accredited certification body. The audit evaluated the continued effectiveness of JourneyTrack’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and confirmed that the ISMS continued to fulfill the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 between recertification audits.
No major or minor nonconformities were identified during the ISO surveillance audit.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an internationally recognized standard for information security management systems, requiring organizations to take a structured, ongoing approach to identifying, managing and reducing information security risk.
Security Built for Enterprise Decision Intelligence
The latest validations come as JourneyTrack expands its role in customer journey management to Decision Intelligence for customer journeys, helping organizations connect customer evidence, journey data, AI-powered insight, prioritization, ownership and measurable action.
JourneyTrack’s platform enables enterprises to centralize and govern customer journeys, personas, research, insights, metrics and recommendations; connect journey intelligence with enterprise data and workflow systems; establish clear ownership and decision rights; and use AI to identify opportunities and accelerate action.
As AI takes on a greater role in analyzing customer evidence, surfacing recommendations and supporting enterprise decisions, JourneyTrack believes security and governance must evolve alongside it.
“AI can dramatically improve how quickly organizations understand what is happening across their customer journeys and determine what to do next,” Rodriguez added. “But enterprise AI cannot be separated from trust. Customers need confidence in how their information is protected, how access is controlled and how the systems surrounding AI are governed. For us, security isn’t separate from decision intelligence; it’s part of what makes enterprise decision intelligence for customer journeys possible.”
Current and prospective customers may request JourneyTrack’s latest SOC 2 report and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification information under NDA through the JourneyTrack Trust Center.
